SME Ethics: Adding Values to your Business

Before anything else, SME stands for Small and Medium Enterprises. I didn’t get that part until later when it was just so obvious. According to the news channel that we watched, the hostage taker was a respectable person when he was still in service. When I found out about his awards in service, the first thing that came to mind was his retirement pay. He only had two years left before he can apply for voluntary retirement. Once he retires, it would’ve been a happy long life ahead.

But I couldn’t help but wonder.

Could the retirement pay have anything to do with the chain of events that led to his dismissal? Thus making him take justice into his own hands?
