Hair Problems

Well, that’s what I used to have. But not anymore. Actually, I never really had any hair issues until about four years ago. Being a typical Asian, I have fine straight hair, but if not cut well, it goes all over the place.

At the time, my hair was the longest it’s ever been since I was used to sporting the pixie cut. It went down the middle of my back.  I was just walking home with some of my room mates when a person approached us, making remarks about how nicer our hair would be if he can style it for us.

Obviously, he was just looking for something to work on/practice. He was very persuasive, mind you. In the end, he chopped my hair off using a razor blade, and smeared Goat’s Milk on it, which he wanted me to keep on my hair overnight. If he used Wen by Chaz Dean, I might have believed him. I would’ve gladly kept the product on my hair.  But as soon as he put that God-awful thing on my hair, my hair started falling.

The result: my hair had too much frizz in it, the cut was super uneven, and I was super annoyed. I had to go to a salon to have the cut fixed and used up a couple of tubes of hair conditioner for the next couple of weeks until my hair finally cooperated again.

Would you believe the person even came back for a follow up after a few days? Good thing my other room mate was at home by then and he drove the opportunist out of the house.
