E is for Ethelbert
Daily short entries are never good enough for this blog. I always have to post at least more than 100 words or else I feel as if the essence of writing is not there. This particular post is dedicated to a good friend of mine within the CBS group. He celebrated his birthday not too long ago and the CBS went to celebrate the special occasion with him as well. On November 15, 2009, we met up at the Cream and Bake Shop for the formal celebration of his birthday, instead of on his actual birthday.
Allow me to tell you something about the Ethelbert that I know…
1. It’s never boring/quiet whenever he’s around.
2. He’s a kind-hearted person who cares about the environment and people who need caring.
3. He’s one of the funniest people that you will ever know.
4. And there is so much more that you would need to get to know him personally to find out what they are.
There was a lot of food laid out on the table, a lot of which I did not get even a taste of, which is perfectly fine because Ethelbert did bother getting some food on the table that I could eat.
Check out what we had at Cream and Bake’s.

It sure was a night to remember. After dinner, we headed on out to Cafe Shang in Mandaue and sang our hearts out. Thanks for the night, and may God bless you always, Ethelbert!
