Just last week, I had the privilege of getting invited to a restaurant opening, the Brasco Pizza and Pasta pizza parlor. I was pretty swamped with everything that has been going on and I was looking to do overtime at work for the extra cash and had just started working out. Thing is, I noticed my blog hasn’t been updated in quite a while already, so I grabbed the chance and here I am writing a review about the place.
When asked why Brasco was named as such, we found out that Brasco basically stands for Bryan’s Aspirations Company. It may not be much, but then again, the thought is there and plus, it is Italian-sounding, a fitting name for an Italian delicacy.
Located in The Gallery along Juan Luna Avenue in Cebu City, Brasco Pizza and Pasta opened its very first branch, hoping to attract the growing pizza lovers crowd. Although some may say that the place is not too suitable for those who have really tight budgets, but I would say that a closed space, a well-leveled table and chairs are good enough a place to eat at. Anyway I got to try the Marinara pizza, which is a winner in my opinion. Seafood pizza can make my day anytime.

The ice cream was yummy, I wouldn’t mind getting seconds of the chocolate-flavored one .:)
