Working Out Hurts
I’m a health freak, but only do exercises whenever I feel like it, or when I find spare time to do it.
Last Sunday, I was bored out of my mind and didn’t want to write the articles that I needed to, so I picked up my brother’s 12.5-pound dumbbell and started working out with it. The dumbbell had a total of 7.5 pounds on it, but the bar was as heavy as five pounds.
I did core strengthening exercises with it, which also strengthened the legs at the same time, some triceps exercises, chest exercises ans of course, some butt exercises. After half an hour of working out, cooling down exercises had to be done, and I was sweating so much that three tall glasses of water weren’t enough.
I was so pooped out, my eyes were shutting on their own. I had about nine hours of sleep, but apparently it wasn’t enough. I was still super tired.
Today, two days later, I’m still feeling very very sore. More sore than yesterday actually. I must’ve ripped my muscles a little too much. I think I’m gonna try yoga instead of weight training next time I work out.
