Coffee Breaks

You don’t necessarily have to love coffee just to have a coffee break. But then again, it’s not a coffee break without coffee. Kris Aquino once told a contestant on a show she used to host that he was missing half his life because he doesn’t drink coffee. I drink coffee, but not too much. I have trouble keeping myself awake during the day, but even if I took coffee, I still end up nodding in class. And I stopped having coffee as soon as I realized that coffee dried my lips. I still have some coffee every now and then, but not as much as I used to last semester.

But since Rodelio and I have been meeting for our future plans with the Web World, I couldn’t help but order myself some cold coffee at the coffee shop that we go to on Saturdays. Although the coffee is pretty expensive for my taste and that I really do prefer the iced coffee being sold at my old school, I still had some. But I probably wouldn’t stop having any of their coffee until I tried all of them. So in case I didn’t find anything that suited my taste buds, I’m only gonna be at that place for the free internet and the food, but I might quit the food as well. The food costs a fortune, even though they might look tasty. But that’s about it. The food just looks tasty. I mean, no matter how great the presentation is, if you’ve tasted the food and then it doesn’t meet your expectations (especially after seeing how much it costs), you’d really not like having any anymore and would just prefer ordinary food at a local diner.
